Healthy Bones Co is a bone-health supplement company providing smarter supplementation for better mobility, stronger bones and active futures.
The Challenge
The founders came to us with a strong product vision but no existing brand, packaging or online presence. They needed a complete front-facing ecosystem from scratch: a trustworthy brand identity, clear and compliant packaging, and a Shopify store that could educate an older audience and reliably convert visitors into one-time and subscription customers.
The Solution
We started with stakeholder interviews and user research to understand the motivations and concerns of people dealing with bone-health issues.
Based on these insights, we:
Defined the brand positioning, tone of voice and visual direction
Created a clean, confidence-inspiring identity with accessible typography and high contrast colours
Designed packaging and labels that make benefits and dosage easy to understand while meeting regulatory needs
Planned and designed a new Shopify experience focused on education, trust and simple decision-making, with clear PDPs, strong social proof and a streamlined subscription flow optimised for mobile
This end to end approach ensured that the brand, packaging and website all told the same story and supported the same conversion goals.
