AgelessLX is a supplement brand on a mission to help women change how they age from the inside out, with science-backed formulas that support long-term health and beauty goals. They partnered with us to transform their eCommerce presence into a high-performing, conversion-focused Shopify experience.

The Challenge
AgelessLX already had a loyal audience, but their existing store was not reflecting the full strength of the brand or its products. The site suffered from unclear product storytelling, scattered content, and friction in the purchase journey.

The main challenge was to create an integrated experience that:

  • Clearly communicated benefits and proof

  • Simplified product discovery for first-time visitors

  • Improved key metrics such as conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, and repeat purchases

At the same time, the brand was launching new supplement formulas and needed a scalable visual system that could work across both the website and future product packaging.

The Solution
We started with a CRO-focused UX audit, mapping every step from landing to checkout. Based on these insights, we:

  • Reframed the homepage and product pages around benefit-driven messaging and clear value propositions

  • Structured PDPs to highlight social proof, reviews, and credentials above the fold

  • Simplified comparison and product selection for new customers, reducing cognitive load

  • Streamlined the cart and checkout flow, especially on mobile, to reduce drop-offs

  • Built a reusable design system in Shopify, so the team can easily add new products and campaigns without losing consistency

The result is a modern, intuitive interface that feels both aspirational and trustworthy while being optimized for conversion.

The Results
After launch, the redesigned experience delivered strong improvements across core KPIs:
